As a relevant entity in the Information Technology sector, ABES once again anticipated the principles and requirements of the new Brazilian Anti-Corruption Legislation, Law 12.846/13, and updated its Code of Ethics and Conduct and established a Policy for Interaction with Public Agents. Based on these two important documents, ABES reformulated its internal routines, created the position of Compliance Officer and made available a Reporting Channel.
This Integrity Program must be respected by all Associates, Directors, Directors and other ABES Collaborators, who undergo annual training. Third-party service providers for ABES are also guided on the good practices required by the entity.
