Brazilians think that the rest of the world does, except Brazil. It really seems that we like to speak ill of our land and the customs of our own people. Many glorify other countries, as if this were the world's sewage. They even speak ill of their own countrymen. I have the impression that there is often a hatred of regions towards others; or from states to states. Polarization.

With the country polarized, there is still the most visible division between the Executive x Legislative x Judiciary powers. If the powers are not understood, how can they understand businessmen and citizens?

This leads me to some reflections. First, that our leaders do not listen to our businessmen, or are not interested in listening to us; and second, it is not surprising that we are as we are. Passivity.

If we look back, even though we were young, there was no internet or cell phone, we lined up on Sundays to go to the cinema to buy the ticket. We only had one television network, flying by plane was a luxury and we prayed we wouldn't fall into overbooking, etc. Everything has changed radically around us, but our model of society has not managed to adapt with the same speed in this new dynamic, fast and global environment. Mismatch.

We continue with similar or worse educational models compared to the 1980s and all the new professions that are required today did not exist. Therefore, our production model needs to move to the new global and hyperconnected environment. Our civil society needs to modernize and be much more autonomous, without much regulation and government intervention (with the consequent reduction of employees). Juridical insecurity.

For a moment, I would like to dispense with all the new technologies that currently exist. Thus, we would realize the possibilities we have in companies to take advantage of these new technologies to communicate and interact better with our customers, with the consequent benefit. Concepts such as CRM, e-Commerce, Big Data, Analytics / BI and Cloud ... are wonders that technology has made available to us to make our organizations more efficient and we are turning our backs on the new. With the danger of international competitors winning the game with this competitive advantage. Delay.

We are going to fight to be a country with companies of the 21st century and not of the 80s, otherwise it is better to stay at home.

Our Brasilis land it is an enlightened country and very different from the others. This people marvel, who have the ability to receive all races, all creeds from any corner of the planet, who know how to understand all accents, who offer all kinds of climates to please all people. It has a business community, which overcomes a huge amount of economic plans and mismanagement. Blessed are you, “Pátria Amada Brasil!”. Independent.
