The qualities of truly confident people are inherent in their personality and THEY are more humble than the simplest human beings.

Trust is not bravado or arrogance or an obvious pretense of bravery. Trust is not a bold or daring sea of self-confidence directed at others.

Trust is and must be a sea of tranquility. It is a natural expression of ability, knowledge and self-esteem.

I am lucky to meet a number of truly confident people. Many work or have worked with me, others are founding partners of other partner companies, some of whom I met through my entrepreneurial activity. And another part is made up of people I have met throughout my career and who work in various market segments. All, without exception, have a number of qualities.

They always take a firm stand, not because they think they are always right ... but because they are sure they are not wrong. Arrogant and conceited people tend to take a stand and then show themselves arrogant and totally ignore the different opinions or points of view of others. They know they are right - but they want (in fact, they need) you to know this. His behavior is not a sign of confidence, however, it is the mark of an intellectual bully.

Really confident people don't mind being proven wrong. They discover that what is right is much more important than being right. And when they are wrong, they prove to be safe enough to step back elegantly.

Really confident people tend to admit that they are wrong, or else they do not have all the answers. These people will never be intellectual bullies.
