According to Gartner, the rise of the digital economy requires organizations to rebuild their Business Intelligence (BI), Analytics and Data Integration platforms, build data-centric organizations and train internal users, democratizing capabilities analytics beyond the IT department.

In line with this reality, IN - Business Intelligence, a reference company in BI and Qlik's Master Reseller, is implementing a national expansion plan based on the restructuring of its partnership program, to materialize the wishes of current partners and bring others new to the company's ecosystem.

Until December 2020, IN's goal with the partnership program is to expand its presence in all Brazilian states, with emphasis on municipalities in the interior of São Paulo, in the other states in the Southeast and South regions, and in the Federal District. “When we talk about presence, we plan to go beyond maintaining a commercial area. We aim to provide service, support and follow-up to customers through our partners ”, explains Clayton.

IN supports its business partners since its accreditation as Authorized Reseller, providing training and technical qualifications at Academia IN, update on news and trends in Qlik solutions, pre-sales support for strategic customers, satisfaction surveys through the area Customer Success, lead generation, joint marketing actions, webinars and other support tools.

“Never before has it been more necessary to rely on Business Intelligence solutions than now. With this pandemic scenario, the watchwords are numbers and predictability. Organizations around the world had to review their operations, do analysis, forecast revenue and better control their cash flow. This is all BI. We have the numbers answering facts that have occurred and the predictive analysis evaluating future scenarios ”, completes Clayton.

In recent years, IN has recorded growth in its revenues with rates between 10% and 15%. The advent of the pandemic caused the company to revise the 2020 target, outlining a more conservative scenario. However, after the acute months of the crisis, the company is confident that it will be able to grow 10% this year again, an encouraging result in view of the troubled year.
