The search for more information and guidance on the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) has grown. Proof of this is that the registration for a free lecture "General Data Protection Law (LGPD) - Impacts, Perspectives and Trends", which ABES will promote on February 5, quickly ran out.
 
Carolina Marzano, advisor to the association's committees, informs that new events on privacy and data protection are being studied and reiterates the invitation for members to participate in the LGPD Working Group, which was implemented at the end of the year, the date of the second meeting of which will be announced shortly.
 
“The relevance of the topics for the ICT sector and the professional excellence of the speakers are factors that have contributed to the recognition of ABES events by our associates. We are open to suggestions for new issues, including, as we are reviewing our planning for 2019 ”, he explained.
