In Israel, on a mission with Brazilian executives, the president of ABES, Rodolfo Fücher, signed a letter of intent with the Israeli company IBI-Tech in order to join efforts to support the arrival of information technology companies from Israel to Brazil

Rodolfo Fücher, president of ABES, has just signed a letter of intent with Shaul Shashoua, president of IBI-Tech (Israel Brasil Innovations LTD), an Israeli company with a branch in Brazil, with the objective of joining efforts to support the coming of companies from information technology from Israel to Brazil. In Tel Aviv, since May 25, participating in a mission of Brazilian businessmen in Israel, Rodolfo Fücher comments that “the Brazilian market represents an excellent opportunity for Israeli companies to invest, however, Brazil has a negative perception for foreign investors, due to tax complexity, strong judicialization, with expensive and time-consuming legal proceedings. In this sense, ABES has more than 30 years of experience in the legal, regulatory and tax areas and can assist foreign companies that wish to operate in Brazil ”, he says.

The executive Shaul Shashoua explains that his operation in Brazil allows the connection of the Brazilian market with the entrepreneurial environment of Israel. “Through our strong experience in Technology and Business Development, we transform innovative opportunities into real projects in Brazil and Israel. The partnership with ABES will be of great value to strengthen relationships and create new opportunities for entrepreneurs in both countries ”, says the president of IBI-Tech.

Mission to Israel

Rodolfo Fücher is, since May 25, participating in a mission, organized by the IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance), in Tel Aviv, Israel, with Brazilian executives and board members. One of the executive's objectives on this trip is to position ABES as a reference in innovation for Israeli companies, mainly startups, which seek to expand their business in Brazil, in addition to pointing out the country as an excellent market for business prospecting.

With an agenda with visits to Technion University; the Israeli Innovation Authority; the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Innovation Program; and companies like Intel and Elbit System; the mission was intended to show how Israel, known as the “Startup Nation”, has experienced such significant economic growth in recent years. Currently, the country concentrates the highest average of technology companies per inhabitant, 1 per 1,400 people. “Israel is a breadbasket for successful startups that can serve as examples for Brazilian entrepreneurs. In this sense, this mission helps us to get to know the country's innovation environment more closely and to create paths that allow us to bring the two markets closer together ”, concludes Fücher.
