Strategic alliance has as its initial focus the all-in-one terminals, self-service with kiosk and self-checkout, proactive maintenance and generation of analytics
Seal Sistemas - one of the main integrators of solutions in the mobile computing and automatic data capture market in Brazil - and Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions - one of the major global players in market share of solutions for retail - announced a partnership for prospecting and sales of retail solutions. The objective of this new alliance is to make the most of the complementary offers from each of the companies.
In practice, Seal will incorporate into its offering hardware solutions for serving points of sale (including self-service), on-site maintenance services and systems nationwide and various managed services from Toshiba's regular portfolio. On the other hand, Toshiba will explore traditional offerings in Seal's portfolio, such as electronic tags and engineering and software services, further complementing its range.
The initial focus of the partnership will be the all-in-one terminals, self-service solutions (kiosk and self-checkout), proactive maintenance systems (Proactive Availability Services, with the use of artificial intelligence) and the monitoring of retail systems for the generation of analytics.
