Serasa Experian has just launched a collection solution aimed at micro, small and medium-sized companies, Debt Recovery, which can help the entrepreneur to recover part of the lost revenue due to default. The solution allows companies to charge digitally, by sending SMS and e-mail, and to negate defaulting customers, whether they are companies (legal entities) or consumers (individuals). For each debt to be collected, the company will pay the maximum amount of R$ 10.00, regardless of the amount to be recovered or the chosen collection model.

The current moment of economic uncertainty has imposed a new pace on business, with entrepreneurs needing to reinvent themselves. However, this is often not possible due to the lack of resources due to a drop in sales or an increase in defaults. According to a survey conducted by Serasa Experian in June this year, around 5.6 million micro, small and medium-sized companies were in default.
