Solution developed by Involves is already exported to several countries
 
Focused on trade marketing management, Santa Catarina Involves, which is responsible for the development of Agile Promoter, a real-time trade marketing and merchandising management platform used by companies operating in segments such as food and beverages, electronics, computers and cosmetics, already it has grown by more than 150% in the last 9 months, by offering innovative technology to the segment.
 
The Agile Promoter (http://www.agilepromoter.com/pt) is a technology that assists industry, wholesale and retail in the management of the point of sale. Its focus is on the integrated management of merchandising and trade marketing operations, team monitoring and control and actions at the POS. The solution stands out for optimizing resources in trade marketing, through intelligent routing with maps, for example, monitoring and control of the field team and performance monitoring in real time, in addition to providing increased proximity to the field team and favor flexibility and integrated communication.
 
“It is a cloud solution, with high availability and security of the hardware infrastructure, with continuous improvement through an open innovation portal, Involva-se, which promotes innovation according to the demands of customers”, explains André Krummenauer, administrator and one of the partners of Involves.
 
According to Krummenauer, the technology operates on the SaaS model, allowing organizations to contract the exact quantity that the company needs, and manage the software licensing with autonomy, according to the usage demands.
 
The platform is also a successful case in the export of national software. After bringing the Agile Promoter software to the management of teams in trade marketing in countries such as Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Peru and Colombia, Involves, the program recently reached retail in Angola, on the west coast of Africa, through from the agency specialized in trade marketing Pop Merchandising, from Luanda.

Client: Biocapilar, one of the distributors of BioExtratus brand products
Problems: control of the merchandising team, monitoring of the point of sale (POS) and visibility of the information collected by the promoters of the distributor itself.
Solution: The Agile Promoter allows a well-structured visit follow-up, through verification with GPS and photography. In addition, the tool is easy to use, with a friendly and modern interface. The technology also controls the expenses and mileage of the field team and offers the electronic point, in which it is possible to check the workday of each promoter. Distributor managers are able to verify product information in real time. “With the use of Agile Promoter we were able to collect important information for the monitoring and growth of BioExtratus in our area of operation”, evaluates Demóstenes Martins, administrative manager at BioCapilar. BioCapilar has been using Agile Promoter since November 2013.
 
Client: L'Oréal, one of the market leaders among beauty companies in Brazil
Problems: motivation, productivity, sales increase challenge
Solution: The partnership between the companies started in the first half of 2014, and the tool started to be used in the General Public Products Division (DPGP), starting in September in a pilot project for Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, which was soon expanded for all users in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo. Through an analysis of use and a satisfaction survey, L'Oréal found an optimization of 80% in time to collect expenses from promoters at points of sale. This gain in agility increased productivity and generated motivation in the team, which is reflected in increases in sales and market share for the company. “Today we have a much greater visibility of all actions in the field, whether ours or those of our competitors, and this is translated into better strategies by our marketing teams”, says L'Oréal's project manager, Bruno Gross. About 400 users use Agile Promoter within L'Oréal, which plans to double this number in the near future, with the expansion to other areas of activity in the country.
