São Paulo, October 6, 2020 - After the success with the 10th edition of ABES Software Conference, ABES - Brazilian Association of Software Companies, with support from KPMG in Brazil, will bring together experts in the webinar “New Times: IPO Processes and Experience of Companies and Funds” to discuss about going public on the Stock Exchange, what needs to be done and when the company is prepared for it. The meeting takes place on October 7, at 2:30 pm, and registration is free through Zoom platform .

“Our goal is to discuss how companies should prepare for a public offering of shares, which involves a strategic plan for going public, a governance policy and changes in the company's management. We will also assess the prospects of investors, ”explains Rodolfo Fücher, president of ABES.

To participate in the webinar, the entity invited the Head of Equity Capital Markets Advisory and Deal Advisory & Strategy of KPMG in Brazil, Rodrigo Guedes, who will speak about his journey in IPO. To address the experiences of companies and funds, the guests are Bernardo Gomes and Thiago Rocha, CEO and CFO of Sinqia, following; Rafael Chamas, CFO of Locaweb; Fernando Silva, Partner and Head of Venture Capital at Crescera Investimentos, and Fernanda Santanna, Corporate Governance Manager at KPMG.
